Dr. Moustapha Mbaye
PRESIDENT
Dr. Moustapha Mbaye has over 30-year experience in increasing hands-on management responsibilities and leadership in technology and operations, he delivered excellent results for clients across the globe. His professional experience spans diverse industries including management and leadership in large businesses with over $5 billion in revenue, driving operational excellence, delivering business turnarounds, and overseeing technology and engineering for sustainable and profitable growth. He worked on developing business strategy and led disciplined management of mega capital projects from design to execution and delivery, as well as on multiple mergers & acquisitions that successfully have helped clients invest and grow strategically. Dr. Mbaye holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from “École Polytechnique de Thiès” and a Ph.D. from “École Polytechnique de Montréal”. He holds over 50 technical publications and granted patents. Dr. Mbaye has been very active in many organizations that promote education. He has served on the Board of Directors for Tennessee FIRST, “For Inspiration and Recognition of Science & Technology”, a non-profit organization. From 2016, he has served on the External Advisory Council of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville Office of Research and Engagement (its mission is to enable all faculty, other investigators, and students to achieve their full potential as scholars).
